Thick sheet blister refers to the technology that the thickness of the raw materials used exceeds 2mm and cannot be blister formed on a fully automatic machine, and a semi-automatic blister forming machine dedicated to thick plates is adopted for processing and production.
The principle of thick sheet blister processing is basically the same as the regular blister process. The plastic sheet is cut into size and heated to soften. With the help of the air pressure difference or mechanical pressure on both sides of the sheet, it is deformed and laminated on a specific mold contour surface, cooled and shaped, and trimmed to obtain the required products.
At present, there are mainly two kinds of plastic processing on the market. One is the thickness of 2.5mm below the blister processing, generally with coil processing molding. The other is a large thick sheet blister with a thickness of 3~12mm, which is generally processed and formed by sheet metal. These two kinds of processing machines are different, so when looking for suppliers, we should pay attention to identify each other's production capacity.
