The raw materials of blister products are plastic coiled materials, and the thickness of coiled materials is generally not more than 1.5MM. The raw materials include PVC, PET, PP, PS, GAG, PETG, flocking and other plastic materials, producing high-grade and various specifications of electronic blister packaging, stationery blister packaging, toy blister packaging, hardware blister packaging, food blister packaging, daily chemical gift crafts blister packaging.
PVC: the most commonly used material, hardness, toughness, good plasticity, can be made transparent and a variety of colors, commonly used transparent PVC blister shell, cosmetics, toys and other products.
PET(A-PET): hard, general toughness, high strength, bright surface, non-toxic, transparent and a variety of colors of the sheet. The disadvantage is that PET high-frequency heat closing is more difficult, this material is often required to replace PVC products high-grade and environmentally friendly users.
PS: Low density (light weight), environmental protection and non-toxicity, very good plasticity, poor toughness and brittleness, and cannot be made into transparent materials. Therefore, it can only be made into bottom support, which is not suitable for recycling because it is easy to crack.
PP: The material is particularly soft, good toughness, environmentally friendly, non-toxic, food grade, high temperature resistance, and is often made into packaging for catering appliances or other high temperature resistant products; but its plasticity is poor, processing is difficult, surface gloss is poor, and the color will become lighter during processing.
Blister main classification is as follows:
(1) Material classification: PVC blister, PS blister, PET blister, ABS blister, PP blister, PC blister, PE blister, acrylic blister, flocking blister, etc.
(2) Industry classification: food blister, medicine blister, electronic blister, health care products blister, hardware blister, cosmetics blister, toy blister, daily necessities blister, etc.
(3) Shape classification: blister tray, blister cover, half-folded blister, three-folded blister, bottom cover blister (heaven and earth box blister), high-frequency blister, blister box, etc.
(4) Classification of finished products: blister light box, blister door panel, blister word, car panel, pet cage chassis, toy car shell, rear projection TV back shell, air conditioning shell, blister blister, blister blister, thick blister, thick sheet blister, thick wall blister, blister products, blister packaging
(5) sheet blister, PVC sheet blister, ABS sheet blister, PC sheet blister, PS sheet blister, PETG sheet blister, acrylic blister
(6) Medical food blister, food tray, oral liquid blister, pharmaceutical packaging blister, food packaging blister packaging commonly used plastic and characteristics blister packaging sheet called hard sheet or film, commonly used are: PET (polyethylene terephthalate) hard sheet, PVC (polyvinyl chloride) hard sheet, PS (polystyrene) hard sheet. PS hard sheet has low density, poor toughness, easy to burn, and will produce styrene gas (a harmful gas) when burning, so it is generally used to produce various industrial plastic pallets. PVC hard sheet has moderate toughness and is not easy to burn. When burning, chlorine gas will be generated, which will have a certain impact on the environment. PVC is easy to heat and seal. Sealing machine and high frequency machine can be used to seal the edge. It is the main raw material for the production of transparent plastic products. PET hard sheets have good toughness, high transparency, easy combustion, and do not produce harmful gases during combustion. They are environmentally friendly materials, but they are expensive and suitable for high-grade blister products. Blister shells in European and American countries generally require PET hard sheets, but they are not easy to heat seal, which brings great difficulties to packaging. In order to solve this problem, people compound a layer of PVC film on the PET surface, named PETG hard sheets, but the price is higher.
