Production Technology of 6. Blister Packaging
1. Mold manufacturing and processing: according to the demand or sample standard, the first step is to manufacture the blister mold. Under normal conditions, gypsum is used to manufacture the blister packaging mold, but wood carving and metal carving products are also used as the mold. After the gypsum mold is manufactured, it is naturally dry and thoroughly or dried, and then according to the specific conditions of the appearance of the product, use 1-2mm drill flowers to drill many small holes in the low recesses that do not affect the packaging appearance of the goods. For goods such as packaging boxes, some small holes must be drilled on the nearby edges so that air can be pumped out during blister production. After the holes are drilled in the mold, the gypsum mold must be hardened and treated. The hardening treatment method is to soak in concentrated alum plumping solution and dry it.
2. After the mold is thoroughly disposed of, the mold is loaded into the upper iron plate of the vacuum chamber, and then the plastic sheet is loaded into the applicable standard size according to the size of the mold. Then the sheet is put into a heating wooden cabinet to make it completely fixed, and then the wooden cabinet and the plastic sheet are placed on a thermostatic furnace for softening treatment.
3. Place the softened plastic sheet together with the wooden cabinet in the vacuum chamber, turn on the suction switch, and suck the air in the vacuum chamber clean. After the plastic sheet is cooled, the same concave package or technical mold as the mold is obtained.
