Standard process-blister process flow

1. Customers inquire about products and send out inquiry requests: path ① fax inquiry, path ② telephone inquiry, path ③ electronic E-mail request quotation, path ④ WeChat, QQ, Internet and other online chat tools to inquire about prices. Before quotation, the customer must provide the size (length, width and height) of the customized product, the gram weight or thickness of the required material, the material (PVC, PET, PS, PP) and color, the quantity of goods used and the delivery date (production cycle).
2. Preliminary calculation by the technical master and quotation by the business department: factors affecting the unit price of the product: complexity of plastic molding and product size; Material type, order quantity and order cycle, color and filamentability; After-processing technology of products (folding, punching, edge sealing, etc.). The initial quotation is based on customer samples and descriptions, and the final quotation is quoted after proofing.
3. Microcomputer Graphic Design: After the customer agrees to the preliminary quotation, the business department and the design department of the supplier of the physical objects, requirements and blister samples will scan the customer's physical objects and combine the design of the printed matter to make a graphic design.
4. Proofing: After the computer design draft is approved, the mold development method (plaster mold, copper mold, aluminum mold) is determined according to the complexity of the product, and the proofing time is 3-5 days.
The operation steps of gypsum mold are as follows: ① forming contour with manual clay sculpture according to the actual object; ② forming bubble shell blank on the printing machine; ③ pouring the adjusted special gypsum into the bubble shell blank and air drying into the gypsum blank; ④ the machine processes the gypsum blank and deep processes the regular shape at the same time; ⑤ after the processing, it is polished by hand, and the parts are added by hand, and polished; ⑥ Glue the polished plaster parts of each part together to form a complete plaster mold; ⑦ Use the blister printing machine to form a complete sample; ⑧ Manual trimming and sealing shall complete the proofing process according to the product size. If necessary, the printing department will make the color box, paper card or adhesive required for the blister sample together, and use the fully open printing digital proofing machine to reflect the actual printing results.
5. Mold production: Generally, after the customer approves the sample, a certain number of production orders will be placed.
In gypsum mold production, the mold making process is similar to blister proofing. It has the lowest cost and short production cycle. It only takes one to two days to complete a full version (60X110cm) of the mold. The disadvantage is that the surface of the finished product is matte and rough, and the mold is easy to crack in production. It cannot form products with large depth, high complexity and thick sheets. It is not durable and has a short service life.
Electroplating copper mold is to spray conductive agent on the surface of the well-beaten bubble shell, and put it into an electrolytic bath to coat a thick copper layer. Electroplating takes 72 hours, and then the copper mold is filled with plaster (to increase hardness), polished and air hole-punched. The advantages of electroplating copper mold are the products produced, with moderate cost, smooth surface and moderate durability. The disadvantages are that the mold opening time is long and precision plastic absorption products cannot be produced.
Aluminum mold production, to use computer design drawings, and then use CNC CNC milling machine processing, the advantage is the mold opening time is moderate, the late mold processing time is short (drilling air hole work completed in CNC processing), the mold durability is strong, the product size precision is high, the service life is long, the late maintenance is less, the disadvantage is high cost.
Due to the molding range of full-automatic high-speed plastic forming machine, whether it is plaster mold, copper mold or aluminum mold, individual molds have to be put together to complete the imposition. We generally call the finished full-plate mold the bottom mold. Some of them have a large degree of molding and need to make an upper mold. The entire production cycle of the production mold should be 5 to 7 days.
