1. PVC sheet has high resistance and is not easy to burn. Chlorine gas will occur during incineration, which will have a certain impact on the environment. PVC is easy to heat and seal. Sealing machine and high frequency edge sealing can be used. It is the main raw material for producing bright plastic products. PVC sheet is a widely used and popular material. PVC film can be divided into environmental protection and non-environmental protection. It can be made into various blister packaging products such as transparent, colorful, anti-static, gold-plated, flocking, etc. Its main characteristics are high transparency, good appearance gloss, few crystal spots, small water lines, wide use, strong impact resistance and easy molding, products are widely used in toys, food, electronic products, medicine, electrical appliances, gifts, cosmetics, stationery and other products packaging.
2. PS hard sheet has low density, poor resistance, easy to burn, and styrene gas (a harmful gas) will occur during incineration, so it is generally used to produce various industrial blister trays. PS sheet is a new type of environmental protection packaging materials developed in recent years. With its thermoforming function, good environmental protection function and health function, it is widely used in medicine, food, toys and electronics.
3. PET hard sheet has good tolerance and is a new type of material developed in recent years. With its tolerance, high strength, high lit, and can be recycled, easy to burn, incineration does not occur when harmful gases, belong to the environmental protection information and gradually withdraw PVC, but the price is high. Suitable for high-grade blister products, blister shells in Europe and the United States generally require the use of PET data, but its high hot melt point, to the high-frequency packaging brings great difficulties.
Fourth, PETG data is to solve the problem of high hot melt point of PET data. People compound a layer of PVC film on PET surface, named PETG, but the price is higher. Mainly used in electronics, food, toys, color box window, collar, footwear packaging, etc.
