Electroplated copper mold: The manufacturing and production of electroplated copper mold is relatively simple, only a layer of copper shell is electroplated on the basis of the gypsum mold sample, that is, the electroplated copper mold. Since its production is based on plaster molds, the production cost of plaster molds is higher than that of plaster molds, but it is much cheaper than aluminum molds. Electroplated copper mold is a common plastic mold because of its smooth and durable surface and low cost.
3. Aluminum mold: We often say that the production of aluminum mold is actually manufactured by using aluminum ingots through lathes, milling machines, CNC machine tools and other machines. Compared with other molds, aluminum molds have higher precision, smooth surface and durability. Although aluminum molds are good, they are very expensive, and aluminum molds are usually used in blister products that have higher precision requirements than copper molds.
