1. Mold processing of thick plastic products.
According to the requirements or sample specifications provided by the customer, the blister mold is first made. In general, plastic packaging molds are made of plaster, but wood carving, metal carving products also do mold. After the gypsum mold is made, it should be naturally dried completely or dry.
Secondly, according to the specific conditions of the convex and concave surface of the product, use a 1-2mm drill bit to drill many small holes in the low recess that does not affect the appearance of the product packaging. If it is a product such as a packaging box, some small holes must be drilled around it, so that the blister machine can extract the air and drill holes in the mold during blister production.
The plaster mold then needs to harden. The hardening treatment method is to soak it in a concentrated alum saturated solution and then dry it.
2. After the mold is completely processed and dried.
Will make a good mold on the vacuum chamber on the iron plate, and then according to the size of the mold will be plastic sheet into the appropriate size, and then put the sheet into the heated wooden cabinet completely fixed, and then the wooden cabinet and plastic sheet into the constant temperature furnace for softening treatment.
3. Put the softened plastic board into the vacuum chamber together with the wooden cabinet, start the suction switch, and suck the air in the vacuum chamber clean. After the plastic sheet is cooled, the same concave package or process mold as the mold can be obtained.
4. Blister packaging finishing
The products produced by the blister machine are finished after trimming and finishing, and can be sold after packaging.
